My family's hands-on approach to life included building a cabin on a lake in Georgia, where I picked up my first tools at just five years old—learning to drive a nail, measure with precision, and appreciate the artistry of building something with your own two hands.

As a teenager, a cross-country move led me to a unique senior year where I spent seven periods in the woodshop and one in English class. That’s where my love for woodworking truly blossomed. After high school and college, I started slowly collecting tools and building my own furniture, driven by a love for high-quality, custom-made pieces, even if my budget couldn’t quite match my taste. Woodworking became both a hobby and a passion, especially as my career in the corporate world progressed.

Over the years, my tools took over my garage, but I was fortunate to have a partner who always supported my passion for creating. Now, in the final phase of my career, I've decided to turn that lifelong love of craftsmanship into a full-time business.
